"I recently purchased a Redmi Note 3 from mi.com with order number 5161203437011215. I purchased a tempered glass for it, but unfortunately it didn't stick from the top right of the screen(please refer to attachment). Assuming it to be tempered glass' fault, I purchased another one for my phone and to my surprise, the same problem was found again. Then it pushed the screen from the back of the phone with a little force and this solved the problem. But after 2-3 minutes, the problem was there again. After observing very attentively, I realised that the screen from top right is little bent inside and therefore, it is a manufacturing defect. So, it is a request to initialise a replacement request for this case as it is just 1 day of the phone being received by me. The invoice and screenshots are attached."

I typed the same mail to Xiaomi on Dec 8, but no reply till now. The very next day I called the hotline service and to my surprise, they talked of some rubbish "24  HRS POLICY" which I can see nowhere on there website. They have mentioned a 10-Day Replacement Policy. According to them, as I have shared my case after more than 24 hrs (probably 3-4 hrs late), they would not be able to do anything. I requested them with every method I could, but they were stuck to one line that "SORRY SIR!".

After that I shared my issue with Xiaomi through Chat Support and they said that you will get a callback within 24-48 hrs., but as expected, no response from them till now. The request number for chat support is 161208010890.

Now I am confused that how can I proceed further and in which direction??
I hope that you may have a solution to it. Need your great advise as well as opinions.

Hello I understand your problem, Even I too had the same problem, but I had no idea about complaining, and I didn't even know that the screen was bent.
Well I bought a back cover which fits above the screen a little bit, it solved the problem.

Bro, wish your problem gets solved fast.

Don't buy smartphone from their official website. Buy in snapdeal or flipkart or Amazon.  They respect their customers too much. And in very short time they will solve this type of problem.
