Please provide MIUI 11 UPDATE FOR REDMI NOTE 4 - Redmi Note 4 - Mi Community

REDMI Note 4 is a device for which even 2 years have not passed properly since India launch therefore I sincerely believe that Xiaomi should consider updating REDMI NOTE 4 to at least MIUI 11 before stopping update

Yes, Redmi note 4x (SD) may get Miui 11 . if you need future updates , go to the feedback section and request for MIUI 11 update .
