Welcome back. I was unable to update regarding the issue as my Mi Note 7 Pro again was in the service centre! Even after changing the motherboard the problem persisted..... Then they advised that there might be problem in SIM! But even after switching new SIM card the problem persisted. Again after taking my phone for another 3 days they came to the conclusion that current version of MIUI is having some issues. They downgraded the version to 10.3.12.0
First Always Perform the restart if any problem comes.If it still persists do a factory reset on it.99% your issue will be resolved.If still problem persists then Visit a service Center and they will resolved it.
