What is the build number of your TV?
Do you mean cannot shutdown via the remote? how about the other function? Is power on working?

May be it's remote issue. Try changing the batteries. I'm not facing any problem.

I am facing the same issue where the TV doesn't turns off. Thinking it was an issue with the remote, I have started a replacement for the remote via the help line. I will update if the new remote solves the issue.
There is another issue that has started after the latest update. There is no sound after some time. The volume goes up and down but there is no sound. Restarting the TV solves this untill it happens again. Then you have to restart again. So please look into this and issue a patch as soon as possible.

Same issue. Tv won't turn off. Both power button on the remote & the TV do not work. After reset it works again but after sometime same issue recurs.

I am also facing the same issue. The Mitv 4a Pro 43inch doesn't switch off. This problem started after updating the latest android update. On pressing the power button the menu doesn't show. Even after pressing the power switch on the TV it doesn't switch off. Kindly provide a solution ASAP since to shut the TV we need to switch off the power supply to the TV itself. The other function of the remote is working fine.

Yes. The shutdown doesn't happen via the remote and even by the power button on TV. The other function of the remote works well. The power on although works fine.
