As per the announment that the OTA update the mentioned handset will get air on 13 november 2019 but we have not received yet the update

Hey,
The update is rolled out partially, you will get the update before 29 November.
And the announcement was that the update will be rolled out between 13-29 November, not on exact 13 November.
