WhatsApp is working on some very important updates for its iOS users. Before a feature is added to the stable version of the app, WhatsApp does a test run of that feature in the beta version of the app. According to a WaBetaInfo report, the chat company has submitted a new update through the TestFlight Beta Program that gives a bump to the existing app version up to 2.19.120.20.

Here is a quick look at all the changes you will see in the latest iOS beta update in WhatsApp:

Redesigned splash screen: Splash screen is the page that contains the logo of the app along with other information like the software version, name of the parent company and likewise. The chat company has redesigned the splash screen with references to its parent company Facebook.

Redesigned Read Receipt icon: The update brings a redesigned icon for Read Receipt. The new Read Receipt tick is brighter and bolder than the old one.

Registration notification: WhatsApp is also working on a new feature that allows you to use the same WhatsApp account from multiple devices. "In this beta, there are references to this feature. In accordance to access from a second device to the same WhatsApp account, WhatsApp need the usual registration code. WhatsApp notifies now (yes, this kind of notification is already enabled in this beta) when someone requires a registration code for your account," says the WaBetaInfo report.

Redesigned profile picture logo and group icon: WhatsApp has also redesigned the profile picture logo that you see when someone has blocked you or not uploaded a profile picture.
