We’re excited to announce our partnership with Smartbox - India’s first and only network of automated parcel delivery terminals. With this service, you can easily get your parcel at any time of the day. This eliminates the impatient waiting on your part when you are expecting a parcel delivery. Moreover, you need not worry about unsuccessful delivery while you were unavailable. All you need to do is to enter the OTP at a nearest smart box terminal to collect your parcel.

How to avail Smartbox delivery on mi.com?
1. Add a product to your shopping cart.
2. Select a delivery address or add a new address.
3. If Smartbox delivery is available for the selected address, Smartbox dialog box will appear on the checkout page.
4. You can select the nearest Smartbox delivery terminal and check-out.
5. Once an order is placed, you will get a confirmation message from mi.com and also a message from Smartbox mentioning pick-up OTP.
6. As soon as the product reaches the desired Smartbox terminal, Smartbox team will send a message requesting you to pick up your parcel.
7. If it is a pre-paid order, you can get your parcel once you enter OTP at the Smartbox terminal.
8. If it is a COD order, you can swipe your CC/DC or pay using BHIM/Paytm.

Smartbox is India's first network of automated parcel delivery terminals that help you with flexible pick-up deliveries 24/7. Smartbox terminals are available 24/7 and are strategically located at accessible locations, e.g., metro stations, residential complexes and official complexes.
2. How can I collect my order through Smartbox?
Three simple steps to follow-
3. The parcel in smartbox locker seems to be tampered, what should I do?
Please collect the product & reach out to our CS team in case of any such issues. Do not leave the product in the locker.
4. OTP deleted by customer by mistake/OTP not received by the customer. (I missed my OTP for Smartbox, how should I get one again?)
The customer is advised to regenerate the OTP using the terminal. In case of OTP not received because of technical issue, please reach out to Smartbox customer care team. The team verifies the customer and will share a revised OTP once the customer is verified.
5. Can the parcel be returned using Smartbox?
Currently this service is not available. You cannot return the product back through Smartbox. Please reach out to Xiaomi CS with in 24hrs of order pick-up, in case you have any issues with the product.
6. I am not able to locate the nearest Smartbox?
Please use the google maps link shared along with the OTP SMS. If you are still unable to locate the terminal, please call Smartbox customer service at +91-8882760760.
7. What happens when accidentally my locker gets closed without picking-up the parcel?
Once the locker is opened, we suggest you to immediately collect the order. In any unwanted situation where you are unable to collect the order & the locker gets closed, please reach out to Smartbox customer service at +91-8882760760.
8. My OTP is not working, how do I open the box?

9. Can someone collect my parcel on my behalf?
Your entrusted person can collect the parcel on your behalf by entering your mobile number and the OTP that was sent to your number. Please note that in this case you will be considered entirely responsible of disclosing the confidential message details to a third party.
10. How do I pay for my COD shipment?
All Smartbox terminals support multiple payment options, please see the options below for making payment at the terminal:
Pay via Debit/Credit Card: All terminals are equipped with the secure payment gateways to accept all major debit and credit cards. It is as easy as using an ATM machine.
Pay via Paytm: Select Paytm option when prompted for payment at the terminal. Scan the QR code shown on the screen via the Paytm mobile application on your phone. Approve the payment once the amount for your COD order is reflected in your Paytm app. Collect your order upon successful payment.
Pay via UPI: For making payment via UPI, make sure you have VPA (Virtual Payment Address) configured on your preferred UPI mobile application. Just select the UPI option when prompted for payment on the terminal and accept the transaction via your bank’s UPI application.
11. Can I pay with cash at the Smartbox?
Sorry. Currently we do not support this feature as a part of our service offering.
