Hey xioami development team|
,This is from all users of Redmi Note 5 Pro,
Don't handle this post softly or don't ignore this. Recently u have released Oreo for Redmi Note 5 and u also have added 4k video support in camera. Its good to know that you have given 4k support in Redmi mobile u have done a good job. We didn't hope so but u have done that work. According to you, this mobile supports 4K that's why u have given. U carefully kept Redmi Note 5 users in mind. But when happens to you when there is turn or Redmi Note 5 Pro? When it was in nougat, it was stuck at 1080p recording. Today it is on Oreo, it still stucks at 1080p. Why? Do u feel its hardware is not enough to support 4K? Why u don't keep Redmi Note 5 Pro users in mind. Why you play with emotions of Redmi Note 5 Pro users? Why this model is still stuck at 1080p when Redmi Note 5 has given 4K support? I think u r underestimating users. Don't do this. If u are at top, then u can also come down to earth. Do u know which mobile has the highest customers either of Redmi Note 5 Pro or of Redmi Note 5? Every company supports majority then why u r supporting minority only? Do u think 625 can support 4K and 636 can't support 4K? Xioami, U have given 4K support to Redmi Note 5, Now u can't take your step back. Now u will have to give this feature in Redmi Note 5 Pro also. If u give this feature in next update, it would be highly beneficial for you otherwise it would be harmful only for you. u have not given 4k support doesn't mean that this phone doesn't support 4K. we can do it with the help of third party apps. But it would be totally shameful for you that a phone which has been the highest selling phone of 2018 toll today and contains high performance processor, is still stuck at 1080p video recording. Further u r wise at least to think about your good or bad.We hope we will get 4K recording in next update in Redmi Note 5 Pro. waiting for next update with surprising 4k video support.
