I purchased redmi 5 in june 2018 and charger cable is tearing from one end. For replacement of the cable i go to MI service centre but they refused to replace it. They told me that it is a kind of physical damage so we can't replace it. You have to purchase the new cable. So i want to ask why you give 6 month accessories warranty if you don't have guts to change the accessories. Very cheap activity by xiaomi. I feel so disappointed by MI. I never expected that. Xiaomi always thinks about his new upcoming customers but never for existing customers. It's after sales service is very bad.
