[Q&A] Mi band hrx pairing issue☹

Hi,

I am facing this issue with my new mi band hrx.  I have got a new mobile phone and I have installed Mi fit app on this but unfortunately I forgot to unpair it from my previous mobile and I have uninstalled mi fit from my earlier device. Now whenever I am trying to pair it with my new device it is always saying contact custom care.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks
