Very Bad experience after sales supports moreover when the phone is under warranty.
I have done a very big mistake to buy a phone from this poor build quality.
As per your Service centre, every burn has to bear by Customer.
When the phone is open by the service Center personal when its got defective last time now they say pasting is wear off. this is is an issue of poor build quality why should customer is at fault. they were not helping not ready to listen. stuck on point display has to be changed on cost.
moreover, you chat support says without a job they cannot escalate the matter. Why should I have to create a job sheet what they charging money for their fault it is very ridiculous to hear such a thing
