when you go to settings in your phone at the bottom you will see FEEDBACK. tap on that and select ISSUES. At the bottom you will see that ADD LOGS option is automatically selected. In the text field add the issues you are facing and provide any screenshots of you have taken them. then hit send. it will collect logs of the phone which will be sent to their customer service team. after that you just have to wait for a response from them in your email I guess
