I have booked red mi note 8 on 25th October 2019. But still not received my order. Every day I'll try to track my order status but still my order shipment out for pending. Customer care not giving proper information. Customer care person saying our backend team will call back you with in 24 hrs. but still call not received from backend team. Worst support from customer care.

So pathetic service. I was also order RN 8 on the same day as your from Amazon, which was received on 30th October. My suggestion is that please keep patience and in touch with customer care support team.
