I recently bought a Redmi 3s Prime (silver) from mi.com.|
Within 2-3 days I came to know that my GPS was not working. I visited a service centre.They asked me to replace my device.Hopefully I tried contacting MI CUSTOMER HOTLINE. The Phone was busy all the time. After making about 50 calls, i got my call received. I gave my request for replacement on 24/8/16 and the executive ereplied that I will get a call within 24 hours for confirmation.
I waited much but there were no calls. After Contacting again and again. I finally got a call on 29/8/16 which I was not able to pick.
Till now I have not received any phone call or mail.
However, why do they need to make a confirmatioon call?
And by the way, we won't be able to pick up the calls anytime as we are students .....CAn be in classes, colleges..............
Please note this service from mi.com.
Better i would have bought it from flipkart. It has a good replaacement service than this mi.........
They should improve the following things:-
1.The customer service helpline should not alway be busy.....
2.The replacement system should be changed.
3.Support for quick resolution on mail and call as it is 48 hours reply for mail........
