Hi Mi Fans!
Android Oreo introduces 'Night Light' mode which you can now activate it automatically based on customizable time and also change the intensity of it. While it's not likely going to save you a sleepless night if you're prone to bouts of insomnia, screen light filters have been shown to cut down on the negative consequences of lengthy periods in front of a screen, especially under the artificial indoor light.
How to enable Night Light
Step 1: Open the Settings from the status bar.
Step 2: Scroll down to Display.
Step 3: Tap Night Light.
You can also set Night Light manually.
Schedule your Night Light settings
Step 4: Tap to Turn on automatically.
Step 5: Enable Custom schedule or Sunset to sunrise (recommended).
Step 6: If setting Custom schedule, set the Start time and End time.
Step 7: Under Status, enable On / Turn off automatically at a set period.
Night Light adds a slider to control intensity
you can use the slider below to adjust the intensity of the night light. If you’re using it during the day in a darker area, it may still be worth it to use the night light, just on a lower setting.
