Hi,
Have you enabled data on the 2nd SIM while Jio is in the 1st slot? If you have done this then jio won't get signals, to fix this issue kindly do as follow.
Go to Settings - SIM cards and mobile networks - tap on sim 1 - turn off.
Do same for SIM 2 then enable 1st SIM and then 2nd SIM.

Disable both SIM first then enable one by one. First Jio then other one.

The main point is if you do not set Jio as your default data sim then Jio will lose network connection. because our devices don't have dual 4G stand-by. and Jio has only 4G network connectivity. so if you switch your Jio data connection with any other sim card Jio's connection will automatically switch to 3G and it will lose his network connection. No matter what sim slot you are using.

It will work on both SIM slot if you have enabled data only on Jio with LTE, but if you have enabled data on other SIM even on 3G. Jio will stop getting signals.
