Bought a new phone. But surprisingly found a patch in camera lens (not in screen).
Went to service centre at Kolkata, after hours of waiting, came to know that I have to the
deposit the the brand new phone (which I have got just the day earlier) to the centre as there was not any spare camera part available over there.
The worst part was yet to come. When I asked how much time I need to leave it to them,they told it can take anytime between 1 month to 3month as there is delay in supplying parts from company .
And I don't have any desire to leave the phone with them for such a long time .
If this is the experience you can get after buying a flagship phone from Xiaomi, then I don't have any option other than giving a standing ovation to the after sales department of Xiaomi.
