We all know that xiaomi always brings cool and unique features to their fans whenever they releases new updates and the same was with MIUI 8 when we witnessed a whole buch of new features and as you all know that there are lot of beneficial features in MIUI 8 but One of the most eye catching features for me was Scrolling Screenshot or Longs screenshot.
First let me introduce you what long Screenshot is.
In previous MIUI version when we capture a web page or any page typically, it was typically limited to what is viewable on the screen.
Now in MIUI 8 it is easy and possible for us to capture an entire page with long screenshot features.
Scrolling screenshots feature is also known as long screenshots. With this awesome feature, you can capture an entire scrolling page no matter how long it is.
First of all you need to learn How to take screenshot
Did you know that there are 4 methods to take a screenshot in MIUI 8? If you are still new to Xioami Devices, woryy not this thread will help you how to use this feature.
Method 1: Volume Down + Menu Key Button
This method is the simplest one.
Alternately, you can use Volume Down + Power Button to take a screenshot.

Method 2: Pull down Status Bar and Tap on the "Screenshot" Toggle

Method 4: Three Fingers Swipe Down to Screenshot
This is MIUI 8 Latest Feature, you can enable it in Setting Additional Settings Screenshot Slide three fingers to take a screenshot.
Just swipe 3 fingers at any screen to activate screenshot capturing.
you can take screenshot by choosing any of the above options according to your choice

Open your desired page or content you wish to take a long screenshot.
you can take screenshot by choosing any one the above give methods
Right after taking the screenshot an animation will appear on top right corner. Click on the animation icon.
Animation will disapear after 5 sec's. So please click the animation (Top right) in between 5 sec's otherwise you have to take the screenshot agian. e,g if you are taking screenshot using quickball it will appear like in the below image.
You’ll see four options named “Scroll”, “Edit” , “Send” and " Delete" You need to Click on Scroll.

Scroll up the content you wish to capture. Press “Stop” when you’re done.

The long screenshot is captured now. You’ll see two menus named “Edit”, “Send”. You can easily edit or send your screenshot from this two menu.

the screenshot will be saved automatically in the Gallery in Screenshot folder.
