Phones are sleep stealers and its a proven fact.
Phones have what is called blue display which doesn't let u fall asleep or even let u feel sleepy.
Well you are probably thinking i am crazy but well i am not ... Here's the science behind it.
Our brain is very sensitive too colours and gets stimulated on seeing a particular one.
Well in the day time due to the clear blue skies our brains our mostly habitual of seeing blue and it makes it a fact that blue light means day and work time where as in the pre night or at sun set time our brain makes a habit of seeing red tint in the sky signifying night and sleep time.......
Now the blue light on our phones stimulates our brain and tells it, its day time and our brain does not feel sleepy making us sleep deprived.

The Non famous Reading mode thats our savior.....
The reading mode adds a tint of red to your screen and then u will notice the affects it makes on your brain yourself ... Keep calm it takes a bit of time
