As my device is under service I won't be able to do the assessment threads. The service center has confirmed me that there is liquid damage in the device. So i have filed a liquid damage claim with OneAssist. The OneAssist team has ensured me that the device will be serviced with in 3 weeks. So I kindly request leave till my deviced is serviced.
