On Thursday, my Xiaomi Mi A1 arrived. Upon activating the sim (MetroPCS), I was faced with mobile network issues. I had problems such as dropped connections, delay in calls and interruptions during calls. I factory reset my phone about 2-3 times in attempts to fix it but it remained the same. I also cleared default apps and tried to troubleshoot it but had no luck. Every time I make a call, it takes about 10 seconds to go through and sometimes it just drops it. Most of the time, the calls are choppy and it is hard to communicate with others. I also noticed that some people are unable to call me and it goes straight to voicemail. I have an average of 1-2 network bars. Very rarely, such as last night, I had 3-4 bars and my calls worked correctly. But that didn't last long and now I'm back to the same problems. |
