Either that user has written this review notoriously or he got a faulty device or last thing can be that user really don't know anything about Redmi Y2 in reality.
When I got my Y2 about a month and half ago, the look, feel and performance all was at best, camera quality was really good but after MIUI 9.5.14 and then after 9.6.2 many things went on down side like camera photo quality, read mode improperly functioning but after recent 9.6.3 things have come to original state except camera quality but it has also improved if compared to 9.6.2 but not as perfect as when mobile was brand new.
But, I disagree with the user who has posted such ratings and feedback.
