These high end smartphones required to cool down and maintained to avoid heat has become a very challenging . So , the innovative solutions brought down by the companies is liquid cooling technology system .
What is Liquid cooling technology :-
A liquid cooling system is a modern techniques which is essential to keep the temperatures down of processor's with the help of cooling system . The cooling system works on the bases of water as a source of cooling medium to avoid the heat realesed by the processor . It's a very costly solutions when it's compared with the traditional method like Air cooling system OR a thin double layer of graphite sheet is used to minimise the heat in xiaomi device's like Redmi note 5 & pro.
Latest high end processor exhaust more heat which requires a perfect and efficient solution of cooling system has to be provided either liquid cooling system. OR Air cooling system is a must.
How Liquid cooling works in different Smartphone's ?The Liquid cooling technology helps to circulate the water through the small piece of copper pipe and a heat sink tank is synchronised with the processor which flows and circulates through the pipe and heat generated by the processor is transferred to the cooler liquid.
A very little amount of water is stored in the pipeline even we cannot see the presence of water if it is cut or open . More presence of water in the tube can lead to devestating effect if the tube is damaged leads to effect upon the mother board & processor completely.
The water cooling process works by condensation. As the processor heats up, the liquid essentially vaporizes, keeping the CPU cool. The vapor then travels to the opposite end of the of the heat pipe, where it condenses back into liquid when cooled off. This process, paired with a carbon fiber TIM (Thermal Interface Material) is a very effective method of cooling phone hardware.

A loop heat pipe is a heat-transfer device that consists of an evaporator that absorbs heat from the heat source and a condenser that dissipates that heat away, with the two components connected by pipes into a loop. A working fluid is encapsulated inside this closed loop as a coolant. The heat from the heat source evaporates the coolant, and the energy that goes into evaporating the coolant is taken away from the heat source, lowering its temperature. It is based off of the same principle used when sprinkling water on pavement to reduce heat.
Evaporator is like a exchanger. It receives the heat from the processor and liquid comes to thermal diffusion plate. The Liquid releases the heat which is absorbed by the processor.
Current smartphones use a similar system, called as “water carbon cooling system” for more cooling power is used. It achieved this in two ways: by incorporating a wider thermal pipe and adding a layer of copper in between two thermal spreaders to transfer more heat.
The vapour chamber wraps around the motherboard from the bottom. That indicates it function - it is a heat pipe. For most phones, that wouldn't work - the heat doesn't go from the components to the metal frame

Already Xiaomi have launched many Smartphone's with the liquid cooling technology And Achieved a huge sucess in the markets.
