On this auspicious occasion of celebrations, Today we have a reviews of Redmi Note 4 device's Motherboard regarding its pins , sockets , & connections to understand it's working in better way.
The Motherboard is a very essential part of any smartphones. All the connectivity of other parts are embedded on it to show the outstanding performance of the smartphone's. The working and control is managed by it.
Motherboard Meaning :-
The main printed circuit board that contains CPU of a computer or smartphone and make it possible for other parts to communicate with each other.
Redmi Note 4 Motherboard :-
The various connections, pins, sockets in the front view and back view of Motherboard will be discussed by picture presentation.
At first, To remove the Motherboard we should require the basic tools such as phillips pentalobe screwdriver set, plastic opener spudgers, tweezers, traypin, suction cup pliers etc.
To remove the Motherboard of Redmi Note 4, First switch off the device and remove sim tray by using traypin and open back cover gently by using tweezers and suction cup pliers. Now unpin all the connections from the board which we are going to discuss below and remove all the screws from the board.
This is the front look of the Motherboard in Redmi Note 4 device's. Now let's see about various connectors and pins which is seen on the it .
The battery is connected to this pin for power supply to all required components and parts of the smartphone.
It is a SUB - Board PCB connector which is seen at the bottom of smartphone. It gives power supply to Vibrator, speaker, Antennas etc.
Here is the fingerprint sensor slot which is attached in the motherboard.
Finger print scanner is attached to the fingerprint slot which is shown on the motherboard. It provides the additional security to the Redmi Note 4 device's.
The fingerprint sensor is to be connected in this slot for better functionality of scanner by providing power supply to it.
The volume & power button at the right side of the device is connected in this slot. The volume up & down, power on & off, and restart of device is controlled & managed here.
The IPS LCD display with capacitive touchscreen , 5.5 inches, 83.4 cm², 16 million colours, 1080 × 1920 pixels, 401 ppi density is connected in to this slot. If display is broken, damaged, or any other problems is replaced with new display and connected in to this slot.
The most important connector is Antenna of the device for the signals regarding 4G voLTE, 3G, 2G bands.
The digitiser or touch connector is used for touch screen functionality in the device.
Yet another important IC is seen on the Motherboard is this power supply IC. It is the main power supply IC which transfers power to all parts of the device according to the requirements. If the phone is dead or dropped in water directly effects to power supply IC and verified.
This IC is called as transceiver IC.the RF Transceiver receives and transmits voice connections and the modem enables your phone to send and receive digital signals. When enabled with 4G LTE, the radio and modem have a high-speed cellular wireless network at their disposal, capable of speeds that mimic your home Wi-Fi connection. When working closely with the CPU and GPU, a 4G LTE modem can deliver seamless, fluid access from your LTE network to your applications.
Antenna receivers which performs most important job for the better receiving signalling connectivity to the device.
Now it's the turn of camera. The rear camera is connected to this slot.
The DUAL LED flashlight of yellow & white can be seen here on the motherboard. The LED flashlight helps to take better pictures under low light conditions.
The space shown on the motherboard which is provided for rear camera. The camera is of 13 - megapixel (f/2.0, 1.12 - micron) with phase detection auto focus, HDR, panorama is equipped in the Redmi Note 4 device's. It has the video recording capacity of 1080p@30fps, 720p@120fps.

First start with front camera of the Redmi Note 4 device's. The connector slot is provided for front camera to have a great selfie pictures.
Here's the area provided for front camera which can be attached and connected to slot for better working of camera in the device.
The front camera is equipped with 5 - mega pixel, f/2.0 with capable of video recording of 1080p.

The Redmi Note 4 is available with various compositions of RAM of 2GB, 4GB & ROM of 16GB, 32GB, 64GB.

The next to the processor is Qualcomm power supply IC which is used to supply enough flow of power to the processor. It has its own power management system by the Qualcomm Snapdragon.

Here is the point of 3.5 MM audio jack which enables to use the headphones with good sound output. (-24 -bit / 192 KHz audio)
The device is equipped with some sensors such as Ambient light, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Gyro, campass which is essential features in smartphones.
This is were infrared sensor is attached in the motherboard for the connectivity. A very useful connectivity system which can be used as remote for home appliances such as TV, AC, Set top box etc.
Next on the motherboard is seen here, the secondary microphone with active noise cancellation technology is embedded on Redmi Note 4 device's for clear sound.
