This problem has been there since day one. Any Bluetooth device connected to TV produces crackling sound when using HDMI Devices ( PS4, Media Player, Set Top Box etc ). It works fine when using Android apps like YouTube Hotstar, only HDMI Devices cause problem.

Sadly this complaint has been falling on deaf ears from last 3 months.

How hard is it for Mi Team to connect their TV to a Bluetooth speaker and play something on HDMI 1 2 or 3 and check this issue? They have their own Bluetooth Mi Speaker that doesn't work with their own TV. Ridiculous.

I have Mi Soundbar connected via BT to Mi TV Pro 55.

I just observed today the sound starts degrading overtime and I have to powercycle the soundbar and again it'll go back to good sound. Rinse and repeat.

Is this some electronic interference within the TV components? I'm yet to test on non-HDMI media.

I have somewhat similar problem. when viewing satellite content the sound degrades overtime till it becomes completely inaudible. a reset of the sound bar fixes it.

I was using the sound bar with my laptop for 2 days with no problems.
