two months back i bought poco f1, few days back i observed battery bulge on backside. today i visited mi service centre viman nagar pune but staff refused for replacement even thought it a serious issue.
If it is a battery bulge,it won't be covered under warranty or under replacement,you should replace the battery from customer care.
Hardware damage won't be covered under warranty.
is it a customer's fault that there is a battery bulge. very poor policies by Xiaomi. don't fool customer's by such a hidden stupid policies. i am a huge mi fan but after came across such a stupid policies realised that mi is no different.

what's the rubbish...anyway wait some time Mi Company will be in the bottom of all company list...due to companies bulshit polcies,there team and the dumb software developers.
& Mr author...u can easily go to consumer court(maximum ₹100 expense)..and u sure get ur problem solved.
