Meet Mi 6, our latest flagship powered by Qualcomm’s next-generation Snapdragon 835 processor. Mi 6 is the first device to bring Snapdragon 835 based on the 10nm FinFET technology. It comes with an optical zoom dual camera that takes clearer photos of distant subjects, and gives portrait shots an unparalleled background blur effect
Xiaomi Mi 6 vs Xiaomi Mi 5
Mi 6 is powered by Qualcomm's latest flagship processor Snapdragon 835 which is built on 10nm Finfet technology which is powerful as well as highly efficient.Mi 6 runs Snapdragon 835 chipset which has a clock speed of 2.45GHz and also has Adreno 540 GPU. Where as Mi 5 was powered by Snapdragon 820 Quad-core Kryo with a clock speed of 1.8GHz boost with Adreno 530 GPU.
Mi 6 is launched with 6 GB of RAM which smooths your every operation in the device. In Mi 5 it was bundled with 3GB / 4 GB variant.
Mi 6 released in two internal storage versions - 64 GB and 128 GB for all your storage needs. Mi 5 also has three variants - 32, 64 and 128 GB.Both the flagships don't have any external SD card support.
The Xiaomi Mi 6 sports dual 12-megapixel rear cameras, a setup reminiscent of the iPhone 7 Plus. The phone features a 12-megapixel wide-angle lens and another 12-megapixel telephoto camera for 2x lossless zoom. Its binocular stereoscopic vision imaging and depth learning algorithm make edge recognition more accurate in the photos.The camera features phase-detection autofocus, and four-axis anti-shake functionality to ensure blur-free images.
The front camera has an 8-megapixel sensor, more than enough to make video calls and clicking selfies.
Mi 5 it has also a great camera quality which is featured with 16 MP rear camera with 4-axis OIS which calibrates in all 8 directions. In the front, there is 4 MP camera with large 2-micron pixel lens which can cover 80 degrees efficiently.
The Mi 6 features a 5.15-inch 1080p display, which has a brightness of 600 nits and features 4096 levels of backlight adjustment. The display's brightness goes all the way down to 1 nit in order to alleviate eye strain at night.
The screen of the Xiaomi Mi 5 is a 5.15-inch full-HD IPS LCD affair, with an impressive pixel density of 428 pixels-per-inch, and Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection.
Audio Jack :
The conventional 3.5 mm audio jack has been removed in Mi 6. It is now bundled with USB C type connector which the common for all your need. In Mi 5 there is aconventional 3.5 mm audio jack.
For connectivity, the Xiaomi Mi 6 supports 2X2 MIMO Wi-Fi and 4G+ networks with a download speed of up to 600Mbps and up to 100Mbps upload speed.
Mi 5 was launched with MU-MIMO-enabled dual-band Wi-Fi. Both the devices have 4G VoLTE capability for all networks for both the SIM. Both the devices come with NFC capability.
Mi 6 is loadedWith 3350mAh battery which is non removable and supports Quick charge 4.0.. But for the Mi 5 it was bundled with 3000mAh non removale battery which supports Quick charge 3.0.
Finger print Sensors:
Both the devices with Front facing finger print sensors for better accessability and security.
