I ordered Redme Note 8 Pro on 20-11-2019 and have not delivered 03-12-2019. I am not able to track my order.There is no update on mi website after 22-11-2019.My order was dispatch by Ekart Logistics . There is no update on ekart website after 21-11-2019.
Bakend team mentioned that order would be delivered 27/11/2019 from 48 hours but 48 hours almost over.
After that I requested my order cancellation on 30-11-2019 but my order has not been canceled yet. From the last week , I have been hearing that you will have a call our backend team.
Its your responsibility to deliver the order and that too on time. If not, the customer should not be disturbed and his money should be refunded.Your team has been speaking wait 24 hours ,1 day , 48 hours etc .
