Hi Manu kumar Jain, Two months ago I have purchased mobile phone from Mi Web side. And it was damaged phone. And still it is not solved. My complaint no is 170804010095. I got mail from MI account, now they requested to courier the phone because they don't have pick up service from my area. I am not going to pay extra money on this phone. I am not going to courier phone by my money. I asked them to give me the area where you have pick up service so that I can hand over the phone. But I haven't got any response from your organisation.Can you please do something so that it solve as soon as possible.
